ANDROID : BLANK CAMERA SCREEN PROBLEM SOLVED
That awful moment when something great is going on and your Android camera is gone! You be like: why NOW? why ME? anyway that is not something you should be worried about because Info-Guy here has done some little research and found a sure working solution to that god-damned problem.
Well, speaking from experience ( because my phone has been having the same problem ) i know exactly how you may be feeling right now!
Ok, you turns your camera ON and then you see nothing just a black, yellow or sometimes even green background covering the whole screen.
Here are the possible causes:
(1) You installed a third party app that has access to your camera and is Messing with the permission.
(2) your phone's permission got stuck and so is kinda going mad processing them.
(3) It may even be a HARDWARE problem which can simply be solved by pressing the camera section on your phone SOFTLY! (press it hard and info-guy is not responsible, okay? Just a warning )
Ok having explained the solution to the 3rd problem, lets solve they 1st and the 2nd problems.
> When you know that the problem started after you installed a certain app, the best thing is to UNINSTALL ( delete) that app and RESTART your phone.
> If that didn't work, then after installing the app, switch OFF your phone and wait after 10s ( this is the exact time that ANDROID OS performs a soft reset on its own ). This will solve a minor permission issues and will work .
......Why did i say IT WILL WORK? AM I SURE? well yeah, atleast that worked for me and am using TECNO H7 .
> The last step is a bit harder and will surely work!
(a) switch OFF your phone.
(b) go to RECOVERY MODE
.be careful as this is a delicate part and can easily brick ( kill ) your phone forever!, follow the steps accordingly to avoid TEARS OF THE SUN.
.If you don't know how to toggle your phone into recovery? Visit the link below
http://www.recovery-android.com/boot-android-phone-into-recovery-mode.html
(c) use your phone's volume keys to navigate UP and DOWN.
As soon as the recovery mode is fully in place:
(d) scroll down ( remember using VOLUME DOWN key) to ADVANCE!
(e) use POWER BUTTON to select that ADVANCE!
(f) Once the menu for advanced opens, you'll see something like the second image at the top of this post. IF you are using CWM (ClockWorkMode) , don't worry.. The menu will be almost the same even if its NOT cwm.
Then select FIX PERMISSIONS and allow it to finish.
NOTE: at this step, don't try anything as it may hamper with your device's performance. ONLY EXPERTS.
Once it's done, REBOOT your device into normal mode ( or simply REMOVE your battery if you don't know how to )
And your camera is BACK and WORKING perfectly.
I am sure one of the above methods will solve the issue.
